How does Shipping Insurance work?

If your package has not been delivered after 3 weeks, send us an email. We will resend the order to you within 1 to 2 working days. In the rare case it happens again, we will refund the full purchase amount to you. Shipping Insurance is only available for orders under €500.

What is not covered by the Shipping Insurance?

Deliveries not made to a home address or service point and incorrectly filled out addresses. During periods of extreme busyness, such as Black Friday and other events, the Shipping Insurance period may be extended from 3 weeks to 5 weeks.
